Easy Easter

Oh Easter. For me an excuse to eat anything. If you can flag it under typically Easter food, I’ll eat it.  No excuse, no shame. I mean it’s only Easter once a year. Except this year though.

Sure it Easter one time, but I mean I have no excuse to eat anything that crosses my path this year. Sunday I’m working with my dad and sister at a foodfestival and Monday (yes,  Dutch Easter is a two days celebration) the BF is working.

So this Easter our paths only cross on Sunday morning and we are keeping the ‘party’ modest and no so typically Easter with a mozzarella-shrimp-peas-salad with toast and homemade herb flavoured butter. And for the sweet tooth and variety scones with clotted cream and (yuzu)jam.
